The Seller is dedicated to distance sales, preferably online (www.olgarevuelta.com), of clothing and accessories, as well as exclusive handbags of her own design and handcrafted production.

The Seller reserves the right to modify the commercial offer presented on the website (modifications to products, prices, promotions and other commercial and service conditions) at any time. 3. Refund of the purchase price.
After approving the return (the items must be in perfect condition and have the inner labels), we will proceed to refund the amount to pay, in the same terms that the purchase was made.
In the event that the product is not returned in its original packaging, it will apply a depreciation.
4. Exchange of articles.
If you want to exchange an item, you have to request a return within the stipulated period of 7 days, and make a new purchase online. Olga Revuelta Showroom reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or products that are not in the same conditions in which they were received.
- The deadline to make a return or exchange is within 7 (calendar) days after receipt of the product.
- The product must be in its original packaging, in perfect condition and with the corresponding labels and you must include the purchase receipt in the box.
- Once we receive the package in the store, we will process the return by making a payment to the account you provide us.
- If what you need is to make an exchange for another size or product, you just have to process the return and place the order again with the product you want.
- To make a return, it is essential to notify us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org and WAIT TO RECEIVE A RESPONSE MAIL from us confirming that the product meets the deadlines and requirements to be returned. DO NOT SEND THE GARMENT IF YOU HAVE NOT SENT AN EMAIL INFORMING US AND THE RETURN HAS BEEN ACCEPTED BY US SINCE THE RETURN WILL NOT BE MADE.
- Keep the proof of shipment because in case of incident , it will serve as proof against possible claims. Otherwise, OLGA REVUELTA COLLECTION is not responsible for the return. It is essential that the products are in their original packaging and in the same condition in which we sent them to you. Otherwise (in the event that we receive the dirty, damaged, used product …) no refund of the
product will be made, the only possible solution being a new shipment of the same merchandise. The new shipment will be paid by the customer.
- Returns of discounted products will not be made.
- Returns will not be administered on party items.
- Shipping costs in case of returns or changes of size will be borne by the customer.
